Search and Selection Process
To reach the appropriate candidate is usually a difficult process for the companies during recruitment. We work with our customers in partnership to reach the most appropriate candidate who will adapt the company in the shortest time frame.
Understanding Company Organization and Culture
In the first phase of the Search and Selection process, to understand the sector of the company, its goals, products and services and its position in the market is a required step for us to identify the approprate candidate for us. To learn the company culture and practices is another important step for us. This information enables us to identify the apprapriate candidate, his/her adaptability to the company and the efectiveness as far as the business goals are concerned.
Understanding the Required Skills and Experience of the Candidates
Job description of the position together with the required skills and level of experience gives us necessary information to start the search process. To understand its place in the organizational structure and career path helps us in our search process and enables us to give the full picture to the candidate
Preparing Short List
Although our search process may show some variations, we usually start the process by searching our rich database, (searching and headhunting) connecting with the people who have similar positions in the sector and posting job advertisements. While we build our long list using such sources, we continue the process by telephone or face to face interviews. In the last phase, we end up with a short list of three to four candidates we think appropriate for the position. We prepare a summary report which includes their resumes, interview notes and our assessments and share the report with the company.
We prepare and implement Assessment Centers when required by the company.
Job Offer and Hiring
After the Short List Report submitted to the company, we try to arrange their interview with the candidate in the shortest time frame. After the company decides on a candidate, we complete reference checks and prepare its report if required. Although this stage is considered as the last stage in the search and selection projects, we think its just a beginning. After the candidate starts working with the company, we periodically talk both with the company and the candidate to follow up the process and to realistically understand the satisfaction level of both parties. This enables us to become more effective in the consequtive projects with the same customer.
