Zeynep is the founding partner of MIND Consultancy originally founded as Alexander Mann in 1999. Transferring her extensive experience in the Information Technologies sector, she was able to position the company to its unique place in the IT-HR area. Zeynep believes lifelong learning will move companies and individuals forward in their special journeys and aims to contribute to the development of corporations and individuals through the services provided.

Zeynep is a graduate of Middle East Technical University Management Faculty. She has worked in IBM Turk Limited for 16 years in sales, marketing and implementation of technology solutions, project and customer relations management, sales and marketing. In her role as an IBM executive, she has gained extensive experience in managing teams, leadership, implementation of corporate and human resources strategies and processes.

At the point when she felt ready to transfer her acquired competencies to the development of other corporations and individuals, she founded Alexander Mann in 1999. She has contributed to developing the consultancy business of the company.

Zeynep is a certified international coach from the International Coaching Community and has been coaching executives and leaders since 2002. She is also an active member of the Turkish Chapter of International Coaching Federation with a vision to implement and spread the ethical codes and standards of the coaching profession.

Oya is the founding partner of MIND Consultancy which was originally founded as Alexander Mann in 1999. She believes in life long learning for a meaningful, joyful and productive life. Her aim is to contribute to the development of corporations and individuals by means of all services provided.

Oya has graduated from Bosphorus University with a BS degree in Economics. After having worked professionally for 11 years in banking and financial services areas, she joined the family business, Deskim Destilasyon Kimya Sanayi A.S.in Gebze to establish their operations in Turkey. Through this experience she gained the courage and the skills to become an entreprenuer and decided to become one of the partners of Alexander Mann Plc. to establish their Turkey operations. Since 1999 she been one the managing partners of the company and taken different roles and responsibilities in delivering numerous executive search and assesment,consultancy and development projects.

Since she has started her coaching training in 2004, she has been coaching executives and talents. She is an active member of the Turkish Chapter of International Coaching Federation with a vision to implement and spread the ethical codes and standards of the coaching profession.

She is one of the founding members and a current board member of Woman Entrepreneurs Organisation of Turkey.

Oya’s other passions are her children and family, friends, dancing and tennis.

Gul has joined Alexander Mann as the first senior consultant of the Turkish operations. She became a partner of the company in 2006 when the name has been changed to MIND.

Gul is a graduate of Middle East Technical University, City & Regional Planning Department of the Faculty of Architecture. She then received a masters degree in Computer Engineering from the same university. She worked 21 years in IBM Turk Ltd. in various technical and managerial positions. During her professional work in IBM, she gained project and customer management skills; carried instructor responsibility in IBM internal trainings in both technical and soft skills learning and development areas. In her managerial career with IBM she gained experience in team management, risk management, business processes analysis and control areas.

Gul has acted as a project manager in various executive search, restructuring, process analysis and job analysis projects since she joined MIND Consultancy and she worked as a part time lecturer in Bosphorus University for five years.

Gul is a certified international coach from the International Coaching Community and international team coach from Team Coaching International. She has been coaching executives and professionals since 2006 and also delivers courses on personal development, communications and sales skills.

Sibel Arantekin has joined MIND Consulting in 2000 when the name of the company was Alexander Mann.

She is a graduate of Middle East Technical University Industrial Engineering Department.She worked in IBM Turk Limited for 20 years and has gained extensive managerial and leadership experience. She has had top level responsibility in client relations, sales and marketing, tarining and service marketing.

Sibel’s long time experience in the IT sector adds senior level value to many of our services and projects. As one of our senior consultants, Sibel leads and manages executive search projects in the technology sector as well as taking roles in consultancy projects as a team member or as the project manager.

Belma Erim, joined MIND Consultancy in 2008 which was originally founded in 1999 as Alexander Mann.

After being graduated from the Insurance Management Department of the Social Sciences Faculty of the University of Istanbul, she held sales and sales management positions in multinational companies which were in IT and Insurance industry. 2,5 years of Account Management in Services Sales department of Digital Equipment Türkiye , was followed by the last 8 years of her 15 years of work experience in sales and company management in Insurance Industry within Commercial Union and then in her own broker company. During this period, she gained wast and valuable experience for sales excellence, team management, leadership and human resources processes.

Belma Erim, with her IT and insurance market experiences, is in search of valuable contributions to the Consultancy services provided and delivered by MIND.

Belma enjoys her free times with her family and with skiing.
